Robin Smith served as Director of Operations and Vice President of Lawyer's Staffing, Inc. ("LSI") for more than seventeen years in her hometown of Richmond. During her tenure at LSI, a leading firm in legal placement, Robin specialized in recruiting legal staff, legal assistants, and temporary contract attorneys for law firms throughout Virginia and North Carolina. At LSI, Robin established and managed attorney document review projects, while also recruiting legal secretaries and paralegals for law firms across the region. After nearly two decades staffing legal organizations throughout Virginia, she launched and led LSI's permanent attorney placement division. Prior to joining LSI, Robin worked as a paralegal with McCandlish Kaine and Christian & Barton. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Carolina and received an American Bar Certificate from the National Institute of Paralegal Training. Robin is also a member of the Junior League of Richmond and a former Board Member of CancerLINC, while currently serving on the Junior Board of The Virginia Home. Outside of work, Robin enjoys supporting her children as they compete in collegiate golf for Hampden–Sydney College and Christopher Newport University.
