Robin Smith served as Director of Operations and Vice President of Lawyer's Staffing, Inc. (“LSI”) for more than seventeen years in her hometown of Richmond. During her tenure at LSI, Robin specialized in recruiting legal staff, legal assistants, and temporary contract attorneys for law firms throughout Virginia and North Carolina.

At LSI, Robin established and managed attorney document review projects while also recruiting legal secretaries and paralegals for law firms across the region. After nearly two decades staffing legal organizations throughout Virginia, she launched and led the permanent attorney placement division for LSI.

Prior to joining LSI, Robin worked as a paralegal with McCandlish Kaine and Christian & Barton. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from University of South Carolina and also received an American Bar Certificate from the National Institute of Paralegal Training.

Robin is a past member of the Junior League of Richmond, a former Board Member of CancerLINC, and currently serves on the Junior Board of The Virginia Home.

Outside of work, Robin enjoys supporting her children as they compete in collegiate golf for Hampden–Sydney College and Christopher Newport University.
